is an experienced strategic communications expert with over 21 years of media and communications industry experience working with International Development Agencies, the Nigerian private sector and public sector including ministries, Department and agencies on media campaigns and advocacy. With a distinction in her masters degree in Human Resources Management and Development from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK and Bachelors of Arts-BA focused in Mass Communications from Benue State University.

He is a member of ACCA, Global Association of Risk Professionals, USA; Institute of Operational Risk, UK, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, amongst others.

For close to a decade, she has conducted and facilitated high-impact leadership development interventions across; Africa, North America, and Asia. Her expertise equips organizations with leadership competencies to effectively meet objectives. She is an alumna of The Said Business School, University of Oxford. She has been recognized by the African Chamber of Commerce and Industry for her role and contribution to youth development in Africa.

He also has different professional certifications and is the current president of the Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management.

is a leading pan-African voice in international trade policy, economic governance, & regional integration, with over 20 years of experience across multilateral institutions, government advisory, & bilateral diplomacy. He played a pivotal role in delivering the UK–Nigeria Enhanced Trade and Investment Partnership (ETIP), advancing one of Nigeria’s most significant trade frameworks. As Trade Market Access Lead for the UK Department for Business and Trade and Director of Technical Regulations at Nigeria’s National Quality Council, he has resolved £1 billion in trade barriers and driven reforms shaping Africa’s integration into global markets.

Convener, Train and Empower Teachers Project and Corporate Communication Conference. She is a professional speaker with the Division E, Toastmasters International Club Speakers Bureau, Award-winning public speaking champion and oratory coach.

is the Lead Coach and Founder of Total Woman Coaching Hub, with over a decade of experience as an NLP Practitioner, Peak Performance Consultant, Emotional Intelligence expert, and Mental Health First Aider. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Corporate Coaching and Mentoring, she is passionate about empowering young women to navigate mental, emotional, and workplace challenges with confidence. Within Toastmasters International, she has served as Mentor, Vice President of Education, President, and currently Area Director (2025–2026). Khairat enjoys reading, writing, and exploring ideas in mental health, wellness, and lifelong learning.
